Dr Sulata is a Child Psychologist. She has 18 yrs of experience in the area of child and adolescent psychological disorders.
Her areas of interest include assessment and therapy in the fields of child development, behavior issues in children, including ADHD, Autism, as well as learning disabilities, slow learners, and scholastic underachievement, adjustment issues with families and peers.
She obtained her M.Phil and Ph.D in Psychology from Bangalore University. Her Ph.D work focused on Psycho-social correlates and facilitators of career development among high school students.
She has a excellent scholastic record in school and university, including gold medal from IGNOU for Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education. She has been working at reputed hospitals like Sagar Apollo, Cradle and in many corporate setups. She has set up Turning Point Child Guidance Centre and a team which includes psychologists, special educators, speech therapists, behavior and play therapist, and career counsellors.
